Last week, a director asked me: ‘Can you show me on a single screen where we stand?’
I couldn’t.

The risk analysis was in an Excel file held by the CISO. The list of measures was in a SharePoint folder that only three people knew about. The data processing agreements were with Legal in a system I didn’t have access to.
Everything was there. Nothing was connected.

That’s the problem in many organisations. The work has been done. The documents exist. But the whole picture isn’t visible anywhere as a whole.

And then the auditor arrives. Or worse: the board asks for a status report.
What follows is two weeks of piecing things together, emailing back and forth, and manually compiling data.

The result is correct – at the moment you deliver it.
A day later, it’s already out of date.

We built IRM360 to solve precisely that problem.
A single structure where risks, measures and compliance per standard come together.
No gathering of information after the fact, but an up-to-date picture that’s always there.

How many hours does your organisation spend on every audit gathering information that’s actually already there?
