BIO 2.0 established and what does this mean for you?
Exactly one week ago, the Baseline Information Security for Government (BIO) 2.0 was officially formalized, and we can now include it with our CyberManager software. We had already developed it some time ago, but it had to wait for formal confirmation.
With the introduction of BIO 2.0, a number of changes are in store for government organizations. The structure has been aligned with the ISO 27001:2022 format and streamlined into four main themes: organization, people, physical, and technology.
There is increased focus on a risk-based approach, better alignment with other standards and regulations, and legal anchoring through NIS2/Cbw.
The CyberManager ISMS supports government organizations in implementing BIO and offers, among other things:
✅ Alignment with ISO 27001:2022, NEN7510:2024, and others
✅ Professional risk management system
✅ Optimal integration with business operations
✅ Ready-made reports and ENSIA integration
✅ Flexible workflow and BIA integration
✅ PDCA task management for optimal governance
✅ Integrated risk awareness and phishing simulations
✅ Scalable integration with Privacy, Cyber Security, and Quality
✅ Access to more than 46 standards and frameworks
...and more.
